South African Leaders Step onto the Global Stage at Harvard Business School

An image of three women

We're proud to announce that three esteemed members from our South African chapters—Ruby Moodley🦄 of VIZIN GROUP, Boitumelo Ntsoane of OnPoint Healthcare | First Care Courier, and Marie Sebueng of IAMS Powerhouse Consulting—attended the prestigious "Leading Business and Personal Transitions" program at Harvard Business School this April. This initiative is part of the partnership with FOUNDATION OF THE WOMEN PRESIDENTS ORGANIZATION INC (FWPO).

Thanks to support from Wells Fargo, the FWPO hosts the Leading Business and Personal Transitions Program at Harvard Business School (HBS). This exclusive program, created and led by the exceptional professors Lynda Applegate and David Ager, was designed specifically for WPO. This rare opportunity allowed WPO members to learn from top professors at HBS and have enriching discussions with other women business owners.

The program covered critical areas such as Leading with Authenticity and Urgency, Board Leadership, Partnering with AI, and the Founders Journey. Our members are committed to not only enhancing their leadership capabilities but also to contributing valuable insights towards nurturing a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in Africa.

Join us in cheering on Ruby, Boitumelo, and Marie, thank you for representing the WPO community from South Africa and driving meaningful change on a global scale. Their participation underscores our dedication to leadership development and our commitment to #LeadAfrica towards unprecedented growth and innovation.
