IWEC Foundation Proud to Announce the 2022 Awardee from Nigeria, Funmi Ogbue

Congratulations to WPO Johannesburg I Chapter member, Funmi Ogbue, who is one of three 2022 IWEC Foundation Awardees from Nigeria. Funmi will all be attending the 2022 IWEC Foundation's 15th Annual Conference in Madrid Spain from 13-15 November 2022 to accept her award along with other successful women from around the globe.

Funmi Ogbue, Managing Director, Zigma Limited - WPO Johannesburg I Chapter member

Funmi Ogbue is the Managing Director of Zigma Limited, a company she founded in 2002. Funmi was honored with the award of Women in Energy at the Nigeria International Energy Summit 2022 and recognized as the trailblazer in Energy Excellence Award Honoree 2022 by the Women in Maritime and Energy Advisory Council.

Funmi was honored to be listed by NIPRO as one of the Global Top 40 under 40 female professionals in 2008. Funmi holds an M.Sc in Organizational Change (2014)& Development from the University of Manchester, and a B.Sc in Sociology from the University of Lagos (1992).
